Construction Underway

Construction is now underway, with works progressing on schedule. Our team is focused on delivering a high-quality outcome with minimal disruption to the surrounding community. Completion is targeted for late 2026.

Supporting Community Wellbeing

This retirement living complex has been thoughtfully designed to foster connection, comfort, and quality of life for older residents in the local area. With generous communal spaces, residents will have access to amenities that encourage social interaction, relaxation, and personal care—helping to create a vibrant, supportive community.

Importantly, the development responds to a growing demand for age-appropriate housing and directly supports the city’s Active and Healthy Ageing Strategy, promoting independence and wellbeing for older members of our community.
